How To EAT 1 lb of SPINACH (Meal 1)

Sautéed spinach is a great way to add leafy greens to your diet. Adding colored pepper, onions, and garlic help flavor these almost flavorless leaves into a delectable treat. I am sautéing a whole large container of spinach and then have 3 easy meals for you to make that you will use the spinach on during the week. This video is meal one.
But beware.....You may find that all the spinach is gone with the first super easy meal!
Sautéed Spinach with Frozen Pizza
1 large container spinach

2 - 3 handfuls sliced multi colored pepper (not green)
1 medium onion
1 - 2 tablespoons crushed garlic
salt & pepper to taste
olive oil
Add olive oil to pan on medium to medium high heat. Saute' onions, peppers, and garlic for approx. 5 minutes. Onions and peppers should be slightly soft. While cooking peppers, cut or chop your spinach to nice bite size pieces. Add spinach, salt, and pepper to pan. Cook just until the spinach is wilted. The spinach should still be a bright green color.
YOU ARE DONE, this can be served as a side or add to the top of a frozen pizza to really jazz up a quick weeknight meal!
