These Baja Style Fish Tacos are so easy to make. Baked cod is used to make it a light meal also. Real Baja Style Fish tacos are made using a corn tortilla, cabbage, tomato, cilantro, and a creamy lime sauce. There are imitators out there but none compare when using a delicious corn tortilla.

At the end of the fish taco video there will be another video to learn how to properly heat corn tortillas. It is worth the 2 minute watch.

1 lb Cod Fish or other white mild fish
1/4 head of shredded cabbage (or buy a bag)
2 diced tomatoes
1/2 bunch cilantro
2 limes
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 mayo
salt
blackened seasoning (or jerk, old bay, or make your own)
Put seasoning on fish and bake at 350 for 10 - 15 mins. While cooking chop your veggies and cilantro.
Mix together sour cream, mayo, and 1/4 lime juice. Add a little salt. Taste. Add more salt and lime to your liking. I like lots of lime. I use a 1/2 lime in the sauce and then still squeeze lime on the top of my taco.
Use about 2 ounces per taco of fish, add cabbage, tomatoes, cilantro, and creamy sauce. Enjoy!!
Makes 8 tacos
