Do you want to impress your friends at the next gathering? Then go no FURTHER! This easy baked brie recipes is for you. A store bought pie crust makes it quick and simple. Buy seasonal berries and a jam that matches and you are set.
Baked Brie in a Pie Crust
1 8 oz Brie Round
2 store bought pie crusts

1/4 cup jam
1/2 cup berries smashed up a little
1/4 - 1/2 cup chopped roasted walnuts (optional)
Thaw pie crust for 10 minutes or until soft enough to take out of pan and re roll out so that it is a little thicker that the original pie crust. (this helps with leaking berry juice) Put pie crust back into disposable pan. Set brie in middle. Add berries, nuts, and jam. Roll second pie crust out. cut out a round circle the size of the brie, also cut out 3 leaf shapes. Place circle shaped pie crust on top of jam. Crimp up the sides of the bottom crust. Wet edges so they stick. Add leaves on top. Bake at 350 for 25 - 35 minutes or until pie crust is golden brown.
