These Healthy Peanut Butter balls taste just like cookie dough! I made up this recipes years ago because LARA bars were so expensive. This is a healthy snack for the whole family.
The Recipe for Healthy Peanut Butter Balls

3 Cups pulverized dates
1 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup honey (can adjust)
1 cup Rolled old fashion oats
1/2 t vanila
After dates are pulverized in food processor add peanut butter and honey. Pulse your food processor until mixed thoroughly. Transfer mixture to a bowl. Add oats and mix together. Roll into 1 inch balls and store in air tight container in the refrigerator.
